Mississippi has no early voting. You can vote an absentee ballot in person at your county circuit clerk's office if one of the state's reasons fits you (for example you will be away from your county on Election Day, you are 65 or older, or you have a temporary or permanent disability). Check your reason on the Secretary of State's Y'all Vote site or with the circuit clerk.
In-person absentee voting opened Monday, September 21, 2026, in every circuit clerk's office, on weekdays and on Saturdays, October 24 and 31, from 8 a.m. to noon. The last day to vote absentee in person is Saturday, October 31 (until noon).
