Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time on Tuesday, November 3; vote at your own precinct's polling place and bring a photo ID. Early voting is open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day: for Saipan, Tinian and Rota voters from Tuesday, October 27 through Monday, November 2 (Northern Islands voters from September 18).
